BE THERE FOR YOU :)

BE THERE FOR YOU  I am no certified psychologist or therapist but still, I guess I have had enough situations in my life where you just have to stop obsessing over something and calm down. Here are my very personal tricks that I use to let go of any situation whether related to health, career, friendships, relationships etc. 1. ACCEPTANCE: It is what it is, you got to accept whatever the situation, the circumstances are. sometimes you just have to bow down to the problem and stop fighting for anything. Give up on the things which have started to consume you. 2. NO EXPECTATIONS: Just because you have put so much time, effort, and energy into something does not mean it will reciprocate the same. It is the harsh reality of this world, nobody is obliged to give you the same kind of efforts or returns. The soon you will give up on the expectations from others, soon your life will be happy and easy. You can’t expect from people who even lie to themselves. 3. PATIENCE IS THE KEY (sometime...

What is your MANTRA?

 What is your MANTRA?

What does mantra means? Of course, I am not talking about chanting the ancient mantras here, but what is the one thing that keeps you going? We meet so many people in our day-to-day lives and everyone tells us about the correct way of living, the correct way of doing things, how we should work, function, earn, etc. What is that one thing that you learned from yourself? The thing nobody told you about, the thing that your heart realized?

Everyone has that one learning of the life that is so close to their heart. That one learning you would like your children to learn from you, that one learning you want to discuss with your loved ones.

One thing my father told me about is

“NEVER TAKE YOUR SUCCESS OR FAILURE TOO SERIOUSLY”

The depressed days when you have no direction to walk in, or the days when you are on the peak of your career, don’t let that sadness or pride take you away from yourself.  Never stop working hard, be a go-getter.

The TWO mantras I learned from my experiences are

“YOU ARE NOT ALWAYS THE SAME YOU”

Change is permanent, I have felt many times that I am not even the same me I was yesterday. Your thought process, habits, thinking changes each and every minute. You learn something about yourself each and every day. Be open to change, step out of the comfort zones.

“ENJOY YOUR FIRSTS”

The firsts are amazing; enjoy them because one day you are just going to talk and think about it, make them worthy. When was the last time you did something for the first time? Was not that full of excitement, worry, happiness, nervousness?  The first away from home, the first day at work, your first salary, the first dish you ever cooked, the first relationship you experienced. Firsts are beautiful, enjoy their beauty.

I would love to know your MANTRAS. Comment down ;)
